Chocolate, banana & PB overnight oats by Lili Forberg

Prepare these overnight oats the night before for an effortless but delicious breakfast

Serves 2|Takes 120 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cup (375 ml) milk of choice
1/2 cup (45 g) Flahavan’s jumbo oat flakes
1/2 cup (45 g) Flahavan’s progress oatlets
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds

To Serve:

Banana, quinoa puffs and peanut butter

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients to a container , mix well and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning add banana and your favourite toppings such as cocoa nibs, quinoa pops, chopped nuts and peanut butter.
