This year, Flahavan’s is bringing a fresh and energising start to festival mornings with two exciting initiatives: the Karl Henry ‘Start Your Day the Flahavan’s Way’ event and a series of Sunrise Yoga & Sauna sessions in collaboration with Hot Pod.

As part of the festival, Flahavan’s is sponsoring celebrity fitness expert Karl Henry’s morning wellness event. Attendees will enjoy an invigorating workout session. After your workout, attendees will head to 360 Cookhouse for a delicious and wholesome breakfast featuring Flahavan’s Overnight Oats, ensuring that their day has started the Flahavan’s way!

In addition, Flahavan’s is partnering with Hot Pod Sauna, Tidal Soul Wellness and Castle End coffee to offer a series of Sunrise Yoga, Sauna and Breakfast experiences—a mindful way to greet the day with movement, relaxation, and nourishment. Attendees of these sessions will receive exclusive Flahavan’s goodie bags, packed with a Flahavan’s High Protein Pot, flapjacks, and other nutritious treats to fuel their festival experience.
