Sticky Banana Caramel Porridge by Cliona O’Connor
This recipe is so quick and easy (and totally delicious) - kids of all ages will love it!
Serves 3|Takes 10 minutes
Flahavan’s Super Oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Juice of 1 Clementine
Add all ingredients (except the raspberries) to a pan and simmer for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, cook your Flahavan’s Super Oats in the microwave, as directed on pack.
Add the porridge to each bowl and top with the sticky bananas.
Add fresh raspberries for extra fruity goodness!
