Raspberry & Coconut Quick Oats by Lili Forberg

Raspberry & Coconut work so brilliantly with our Quick Oats Natural Pot - Yum!

Serves 1|Takes 2 mins

INGREDIENTS:

Flahavan’s Quick Oats Natural Pot

1/2 tbsp chia seeds,

1 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp desiccated coconut

Handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Milk of your choice

Topping:

Extra Raspberries

Drizzle of Maple Syrup

Extra sprinkle of dessicated coconut

METHOD:

Add in the chia seeds, peanut butter, dessicated coconut and a handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen) before you microwave

Add milk of choice up to the fill line on the pot

Cook according to pack instructions

When it’s cooked, add a few more raspberries, drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle some desiccated coconut
