Overnight Oats with Coconut & Strawberries

This is a show-stopper of an Overnight Oats recipe...perfect for special breakfast/brunch occasions!

Serves 2|Takes Min. 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

90g/1 cup of Flahavan’s Gluten Free Jumbo Irish Pure Oats

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

240ml/1 cup of coconut milk

150ml/2/3 cup of water

2 tablespoons of honey

4-6 strawberries, sliced

METHOD:

In bowl or sealable container, put in all the ingredients except the strawberries and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for min. 2 hours hours or overnight.

To serve, decorate the oats with the sliced strawberries and add an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
