6 million steps walked by Flahavan’s Team!

What a weekend of excitement and competition we’ve had – all in aid of the South Eastern Mountain Rescue charity as part of #WorkWell21!  Our sixteen teams competed across three days in our #TeamStepChallenge and in total walked 6,490,977 steps (a phenomenal achievement) until ultimately the Crohaun team were crowned step champions, having clocked up 645,608 steps.  That’s some walking for a team of four!

Big shout out to Team Anvil and Team Fauscroum also, who came in second and third positions respectively having walked over a million steps combined this bank holiday weekend!

We saw corners of Waterford we never even dreamed of and the sun shone for the entire weekend, which helped our walkers hugely.  We’re still counting the funds raised – update coming shortly.
