Fruity Flapjacks

Perfect for lunchboxes or a Sunday hike!

Serves 8-10|Takes 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

250g Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets (or Flahavan’s Gluten Free Oats)
1 Banana
50g Brown Sugar
50ml Sunflower Oil
50g Dried cranberries
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp sunflower oil for greasing

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 160’C.
Mash Bananas and mix with brown sugar, honey and sunflower oil
Add the oats, seeds and dried cranberries mix well.
Grease the baking tray and spoon in oat mixture.
Bake for 12-15mins until golden and set.
Leave to cool slightly then cut into bars.
