Breakfast Smoothies

INGREDIENTS:

Green Goddess
· 60g (2oz) Flahavan’s Progress Oats
· Handful of spinach
· 1 banana
· 1/3 cucumber, chopped into chunks
· ½ apple
· 1 tbsp fresh mint
· 1” ginger, peeled
· ½ lemon, juice
· 200ml cold water to blend
· Honey to sweeten
· 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)

Banana and Pineapple Smoothie
· 60g (2oz) Flahavan’s Progress Oats
· 100g (4oz) pineapple
· 1 banana
· ½ orange, peeled
· 100g (4oz) natural yogurt
· 200ml milk
· Honey to sweeten
· 1 level tsp Turmeric (optional)

Berry Oat Smoothie
· 60g (2oz) Flahavan’s Progress Oats
· 125g (5oz) raspberries
· 100g (4oz) greek yogurt
· 300ml milk
· 1 banana
· Honey to sweeten

METHOD:

1. Blend all the ingredients for your choice of smoothie in a Nutribullet or blender until smooth.

2. Serve in chilled glasses.
