Banoffee Overnight Oats

Is it dessert or breakfast? You decide, with this mouth-watering Banoffee Overnight Oats recipe

Serves 1|Takes Min. 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets

1/2 cup Milk (/Plant-based Milk Alternative of your choice)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 Chopped Dates

1 tbsp Crushed Hazelnuts

For the Topping:

100ml Greek Yogurt

2tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Sliced Banana

1tbsp Crushed Hazelnuts

Drizzle of Toffee Sauce

 

METHOD:

Combine the ingredients and soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning layer with sliced banana, peanut butter, Greek yoghurt.

Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and a drizzle of toffee sauce.
