Terms & Conditions - Flahavan’s Barista Edition Oat Drink Free Sample Campaign

  1. Eligibility
  • The promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
  • Participants must be professional baristas or business owners in the foodservice, café, or hospitality sector.
  • Employees of Flahavan’s, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
  1. How to Claim
  • To claim a free sample, eligible participants must complete the online form with their full details, including name, email address, phone number, business name, and address.
  • Entrants must tick to confirm that they are either a business owner or a professional barista (18+).
  • Only one sample case may be claimed per person and per business. Duplicate entries will not be honoured.
  1. Free Sample Details
  • The free sample consists of 1 case of Flahavan’s Barista Edition Oat Drink.
  • Samples are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  • Flahavan’s reserves the right to substitute the sample with an alternative product of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
  • These will be available while stocks last from the 21st of November 2025 to the 4th of May 2026
  1. Delivery
  • Samples will be delivered to the business or address provided on the entry form.
  • Flahavan’s accepts no responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by participants.
  • Delivery is free of charge, but Flahavan’s cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.
  1. Data Protection
  • By submitting an entry, participants consent to their personal data being collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Flahavan’s Privacy Policy.
  • Data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and, where consented, for future marketing communications.
  1. General Conditions
  • No purchase necessary to participate.
  • This promotion is non-transferable and samples cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • Flahavan’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
