Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries

Keep cool with a simple recipe for overnight oats

Serves 2|Takes 12 hours

INGREDIENTS:

90g Flahavan’s Oats
1 tbsp mixed seeds
200ml apple juice
2bsp natural yoghurt
1 handful of each: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Honey to drizzle

METHOD:

Add mixed seeds and apple juice to the oats.
Mix and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove from fridge and add yoghurt and fruit.
Drizzle with honey to serve.
